Urban Jump Exercise Classes
Action packed trampoline fitness sessions that will improve cardiovascular performance, balance and improve core strength.  All those amazing health benefits but with a lower impact on joints compared to activities such as running.

Monday 9.30 - 10.15am ​Urban HIIT
Burn fat fast with our quick paced exercise class which is great to improve your fitness too.

Wednesday 7 - 7.45pm Urban Boot Camp 
Burn fat fast with this class which will work your whole body, not only will you be jumping on the trampolines but you will also be using various equipment to get you results fast. Burn up to 1000 calories per class! 

Friday 9.30 - 10.15am Urban Balance 
A low intensity class based on improving balance and coordination including strengthening the core muscles and improving flexibility.

Block book our fitness pass and get your measurements done every month and a nutrition guide to suit your goals!

Your measurements will be taken at the beginning of every month at the first class you go to. To receive your nutrition guide simply email k2bfit1@gmail.com your goals and Kirsty will send it through to you. Please allow 5 working days to receive your nutrition guide. You will also automatically be signed up to our emails where you will receive FREE workouts to do from home, meal ideas and other offers.

Classes are suitable for all fitness levels and the Urban Fit instructor will grade and adapt activities on the trampolines depending on individual needs and fitness. Participants must be 16 years old and over.
